I'm Emily, a coordinator and producer with experience across film and branded work.

A natural problem solver with fluency in production logistics and a multidisciplinary creative toolkit, I’m often described as a Swiss Army knife – managing everything from development and pre-visualization to production coordination and post-production support.

As the in-house coordinator at Washington Square Films, I supported projects from bidding through post, collaborating with Executive Producers and directors to manage treatments, preproduction materials, and communications across teams and clients. I contributed to preproduction for major global campaigns and films for clients including Meta, Pepsi, and Pedro Almodóvar.

Independently, I’ve produced music videos for artists such as Snail Mail and The Wonder Years, overseeing budgets, scheduling, crew and vendor coordination, and on-set operations. I’ve also coordinated university and independent productions, contributed to visual development and presentation materials, and supported post-production and web design projects, keeping complex schedules, teams, and creative elements running smoothly.
